We all desire change but may be unsure how to achieve it. Wellness coaching provides the path.

Wellness coaching offers a framework that encourages self-inquiry as you look and move forward in creating a life that is vibrant and fulfilling.

To help you make lasting behavior change, wellness coaching helps you see your setbacks as learning opportunities, values as intrinsic motivation, and strengths as pathways to moving forward with ease.

Invest in Yourself

Dawn helped me clarify goals that I was having a difficult time deciding how to proceed upon, was very supportive
and understanding through the whole process, and had ample compassion.

Create a Culture of Well-Being

Offering wellness education and support to employees has been a significant and rewarding part of my career. I'm passionate about helping individuals and teams reconnect with their well-being, which ultimately enhances engagement in all areas of their lives. The benefits of a supported workforce are clear: increased retention, enhanced performance, and lower healthcare expenses.

Let's connect and explore how we can work together to help your employees feel valued and empowered to thrive.

Workshops Available

Well-Being: Moving Towards a Vibrant Life
Through knowledge attainment, self-reflection, expressive writing, and community building, we'll examine what it means to be well and explore the importance of energy and balancing for overall well-being in personal and professional lives. Option for 2-8 Week Well-Being Series

Stress: Partnering with Yourself to Find Ease
Our body's stress response is a powerful mechanism that actively helps us take care of ourselves. We'll learn how to recognize our individual stress responses and practice a powerful, yet accessible, four-step approach to navigate and release stress.

Boundaries as Self-Care

We've been sold a myth: that a little pampering equals self-care. But true self-care involves much more than feeling good. We'll explore what boundaries are, identify signs that we may need them, and learn how to overcome common barriers to assertively say yes to the vibrancy you deserve.

Self-Compassion, The Antidote to Perfection
We've been sold a myth: you need to be perfect to be well. The pursuit of perfection creates a lot of stress and life difficulties. In reality, imperfection is a fundamental part of the shared human experience. We'll embark on a self-compassionate journey of embracing our imperfections through mindfulness, connection, and self-soothing techniques to feel relaxation.

Additional Workshop Offerings:

  • Values and strengths for well-being

  • Goal setting that inspires and actually works

  • Understanding and eliciting your relaxation response

  • Identity-based stress

  • Moving through workplace burnout

  • Expressive writing as self-care

“As a Division1athlete, Dawn has helped me reach a new level connecting with my body and mind. Her practices allow athletes to dig deeper into their bodies and become in touch with small muscles and areas that may be injured or not firing correctly. Dawn has helped me immensely elevate not only my physical game but also my mental focus and strength. I can’t thank Dawn enough for everything she has done for me.”
